Tuesday - Friday 8am to 5pm with Dr. Franklin ClarkBillie is a Certified Dental Assistant and a Registered Dental Hygienist. She has 35 years experience in the dental profession. She has attended Faulkner Junior College and graduated from East Tennessee State University. She has worked with Dr. Clark for 19 years. She recently completed a course at the University of Tennessee at Memphis College of Dentistry certifing her to administer local anesthesia.
